Logistics is the sector where legacy systems cost money every hour, not every quarter. Three systems, one operation

The common pattern is a transport management system bought a decade ago, a warehouse tool from a different vendor, and a dispatch process that lives in phone calls and messages. Each holds part of the truth about a shipment, so operations staff spend their day reconciling instead of moving freight, and the customer gets a status update that is already wrong.

We consolidate onto one operational core with a single shipment identity, then rebuild dispatch, tracking and proof of delivery on top of it. Legacy systems are retired in sequence, not all at once, and we keep read-only access to the old data for as long as finance and customs require.

Ports, free zones and the documentation layer

Cross-border movement in this region carries a documentation load that does not tolerate improvisation: customs declarations, manifests, delivery orders, free-zone in and out gate movements, bonded stock rules and the difference between a free-zone transfer and a mainland import. Getting the paperwork wrong stops a truck at a gate, and that cost is immediate.

We model the documentation as first-class data rather than attachments. Each movement has the documents it requires, their state and their expiry, and the system refuses to dispatch when something mandatory is missing. Integrations with customs, port and terminal systems are built as queued, auditable exchanges with reconciliation.

Last mile in a market without postcodes

Last-mile delivery in the UAE has its own physics. Addresses are descriptive rather than coded, geocoding is unreliable in newer communities, Dubai's own location referencing helps but is not universal, drivers work in Arabic, English, Urdu, Hindi and Malayalam, and cash on delivery is still a real share of volume with real reconciliation consequences.

We build for that reality: address capture with saved pins and landmarks, driver apps that work in poor coverage and multiple languages, delivery windows that survive traffic, and cash reconciliation that closes daily against the driver, not monthly against a mystery.

Yes, by running the new platform in parallel and cutting over by depot, lane or function. We keep the legacy system readable for finance and customs history, and we hold a rollback path at each stage.

We build the integration, queueing and reconciliation. Access credentials and the commercial relationship with each authority or terminal stay with you, and we work to whatever interface they publish.

The driver app is designed for it: large targets, few decisions per screen, icon-led flows and the driver's own language. We test with actual drivers before rollout, not with office staff.

A usable first release generally lands in 8 to 12 weeks, covering one flow end to end. Full consolidation across depots and legacy systems is a multi-quarter programme, delivered in stages that each stand on their own.
