What we are

We are an engineering and talent business, not a marketplace and not an agency that forwards CVs. The engineers we place are people we have interviewed, and in most cases people we employ.

We work from Dubai and serve clients across the UAE and the wider GCC. Our office is in Ras Al Khor Industrial Area 3, and the team is here rather than in a distant delivery centre with a sales front in the region.

Everything we sell is something we do ourselves. If we tell you an engineer can be onboarded in seven days, it is because we have a bench of more than 50 engineers and we know who is free.

How the business is structured

There are three revenue lines, and we give each of them the same weight. Most clients end up using more than one.

Outstaffing places vetted senior engineers inside your team, working to your direction and your process, billed monthly and scaled up or down as your plan changes.

Technical recruitment and HR consulting covers permanent hiring, technical screening, salary benchmarking, and the employer-of-record and payroll work that sits behind an offer in the UAE.

Software project outsourcing is fixed-scope delivery. We take the scope, staff the delivery team ourselves, and hand back a finished system against an agreed price.

Our hiring standard

We hire seniors. Every engineer on the bench has six to ten or more years of production experience, and each one is screened by an engineer rather than by a recruiter matching keywords.

We do not bill juniors as seniors, and we do not substitute people quietly. You meet the engineer before they start, and you are told if anything about that changes.

If a placement is not the right fit, the two-week replacement guarantee applies: we replace the engineer at our cost, with no notice period to work through.

We build our own product

Zero Shift owns and sells Kuyil AI, a voice-first AI layer for kiosks, websites and physical spaces. Kuyil greets, listens and answers in more than 50 languages, grounded in the customer's own knowledge base.

Building and running a product of our own keeps us honest about the services. The same standards we apply to a client's release pipeline, security posture and on-call rota apply to ours.

Kuyil is deployed across healthcare, retail, government, corporate offices, education, events, hospitality and transport.
