Privacy policy
This policy explains what personal data Zero Shift Innovation collects through this website, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and how you can ask us to change or delete it. Last updated 12 August 2026.
Who we are
Zero Shift Innovation is a company based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, at 108, Ras Al Khor Ind. Third, Ras Al Khor Industrial Area 3, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
We are the controller of the personal data described in this policy. For any question about it, write to hello@0shift.ae.
This policy covers the website at 0shift.ae. It does not cover data we process on behalf of a client under a separate contract, which is governed by that contract and its data processing agreement.
What we collect
We collect two kinds of information.
The first is what you type into the contact form: your name, work email address, company name, the category of need you select, and the content of your message. You choose what to put in the message field, so please do not include sensitive personal data or client confidential information there.
The second is basic technical and analytics data generated when you visit: pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, referring site, device and browser type, and the date and time of the visit. We use this in aggregate to understand which pages are useful.
We do not sell personal data. We do not run advertising trackers on this site, and we do not build behavioural profiles of visitors.

Why we use it, and on what basis
We use contact form data to reply to your enquiry, to arrange a call, and to keep a record of the conversation if it turns into an engagement. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries, and, where an engagement follows, the steps needed to enter into and perform a contract with you.
We use analytics data to maintain and improve the website, and to keep it secure. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in operating a working, secure site.
Where UAE law or another applicable law requires your consent for a specific use, we will ask for it, and you can withdraw it at any time.
We will not use your details to send marketing emails you did not ask for. There is no mailing list attached to the contact form.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to work are kept for up to 24 months, so we have context if you come back to us, and then deleted.
Where an enquiry becomes an engagement, the related records are kept for the life of the contract and for as long afterwards as UAE accounting, tax and limitation requirements demand.
Aggregated analytics that cannot identify you may be kept indefinitely.
Who else processes it
We use a small number of service providers to run the site and our email. They act on our instructions and are not permitted to use your data for their own purposes.
These are: our website hosting and content delivery provider; the service that receives and routes contact form submissions; our business email and calendar provider; and a privacy-respecting website analytics provider. We also use professional advisers, such as accountants and lawyers, where relevant.
We will disclose personal data to a public authority only where we are legally required to do so.

International transfers
Some of these providers operate servers outside the United Arab Emirates, including in the European Union and the United States. That means your data may be stored or processed outside the UAE.
Where we transfer personal data outside the UAE, we do so only to providers that offer an appropriate level of protection, under contractual terms that require them to protect the data to the standard described in this policy.
Security
The site is served over encrypted connections. Access to enquiry data is limited to the people who need it to reply to you, and is protected by individual accounts with multi-factor authentication.
No system is perfect. If a breach affects your personal data and creates a real risk to you, we will tell you and the relevant authority as required by applicable law.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it is wrong, ask us to delete it, or object to a particular use of it. You can also withdraw any consent you gave us.
Write to hello@0shift.ae with the request. We will verify who you are, respond within 30 days, and tell you if a legal obligation prevents us from doing what you asked.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the relevant data protection authority in the United Arab Emirates.
Cookies and analytics
We use only the cookies and equivalent storage needed to serve the site and to count visits. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Your browser can block or delete cookies. The site will still work if you do.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and change the date below. Material changes will be described at the top of the page.
